Highwayman is published on the web under the terms of the Open Game License and d20 System Trademark License. This allows me to use the d20 System core rules and to add gaming material derived from those rules.
As far as I'm concerned, most of the material on this website is Open Content and can be used in other works, provided you follow the conditions of the Open Game License.
This includes names of classes and backgrounds, rules, game statistics and material derived from the d20 System Reference Document. I'm not in this to make money or keep good ideas, I'm just in it for the fun and continuation of the Dark Future universe.
However this only applies to the Highwayman website and not to the rest of the Future Highways website. All Highwayman pages - and thus subject to the Open Game License - have the grey and red Highwayman title graphic at the top of the page and the d20 Logo on the side. Any webpage without this title graphic or d20 Logo are not subject to the Open Game License.
All graphics on the Highwayman website (save for the d20 logo) are Product Identity and property of Francis Greenaway, 2004.
Information derived from Redline is Product Identity and the property of Fantasy Flight Games, 2003.
Dark Future rules and background are not Open Content and are the property of Games Workshop Limited. Mostly this applies to the main Future Highways website.
